What are our co-active community days?
These are days organised by members of the community, for the community. The event team for each day curates and leads the event in a way it sees fit. Each event is designed to provide connection, learning and fun.

Our next community day
Are you ready to reconnect to another rich Co-Active community experience?
We are delighted to launch tickets for our next community day on Friday 7th November, 2025 and we'd love to you come and join us! (What better way to round out the year, after all?)
The theme for this event is ‘Spark Connections’ and we're already exploring the possibilities of what this could mean for us as coaches, business owners, collaborators, individuals and as a community.

- When: From 9.30am (for a 10am start) - 5pm, Friday 7th November
- Price: £55 (this is a not-for-profit event)
What to expect
If you haven’t been to one of our Co-Active UK & Europe community days before, you are in for a treat.
Expect laughter, aliveness, curiosity, experiential learning, growth, connection and belonging.
Wherever you are in your Co-Active coaching or leadership journey, and wherever you are based in the world, our community is supportive, inclusive and welcoming of everyone.
There is no pre-requisite for coming, other than you need to have either completed Coaching Fundamentals, or the first retreat of the Leadership Programme, or the Co-Active Leadership Workshop, and be willing to put on your Co-Active pants to come and join in!
Your event team
Organised and led by Catriona Horey, Fayad Heibi, Genna Clark, James Ellis, Joy Zhang and Marta Lencinena, this team is delighted to bring the community together for that inimitable Co-Active energy. (You can find links to our profiles on the ticket page.)
